Payroll

AVOW provides a payroll service for voluntary and community orgnanisations in Wrexham County Borough. In addition, a service is provided for people who are in receipt of Direct Payments and Independent Living Funds.

The service consists of the following:

A set of standard forms

  • A company information form
  • Timesheet
  • New starter forms
  • End of employment forms
  • Variation of pay form
  • Hours to be paid form

A structured Timetable

This gives you dates by which each form must be returned for your preferred payment date.

A secure System

Your authorised signatory will sign off every payment so you will know that no payment is ever made with incorrect authorisation.

A choice of ways to pay your staff

All the details can be sent to you so that you can write cheques for the correct amounts to each member of staff, alternitavley, you can write one cheque for the whole amount which will be credited to AVOW's account and then your staff can be paid through the BACS system staight into their bank accounts.

Other services

Payslips can be posted to you in one batch or to each individual member of your staff (for a small additional fee).

Inland Revenue

Income Tax (PAYE) and National Insurance payments will be deducted from your staff members in line with their current documentation.

Our payroll service will provide the Inland Revenue will all in year and end of year documentation and will deal with the tax office on your behalf. Avow also send reminders of monthly/quarterly payments of PAYE and National Insurance liabilties.
