Room Hire

AVOW has available 3 meeting rooms that can be hired:

Meeting Room 1

Meeting Room 1 is on the groundfloor and can seat up to 36 people theatre style or 20 people meeting style (around tables)

Meeting Room 25

Meeting Room 25 is our largest room which can seat up to 40+ people theatre style or 24 people meeting style.

This meeting has an interactive white board and sound system.

Meeting Room 16b

Meeting Room 16b is our smallest room which can seat up to 4 people in an informal setting.

Tea and Coffee is available on request and is charged at £1 per cup.

All meeting rooms are fully accessible.
