Shop Mobility
We took Octavius over to go and visit Shop Mobility. Octavius had a lovely time hearing all about the different scooters and options available to people. Octavius with his 8 legs has an easy time getting around that others don’t have. He learned how having these scooters has helped bring people who would most likely stay home, come into town and do their shopping and go out for lunch with a friend.
He enjoyed the warm space getting to sit in the comfy chair with a hot drink. Octavius found Shop Mobility easy to get to and had a good time getting to see the scooters. Octavius has said he will start recommending Shop Mobility for everyone he can!

Drawing Board
Octavius had an amazing time at the Drawing Board. Octavius got the chance to meet the lovely people who help run the Drawing Board. He even got a photo with the Megan and Ryan. He got to look over the lovely artwork and crafts. He can’t wait to go back and see them again.

Ty Pawb
We took Octavius around Ty Pawb and showed him all of the different shops and food stalls. He loved looking through all of the shops, having a good look through each and starting his Christmas list early to give to his Uncle Oli.
He had a wonderful time see all of the different food options and looking over all of the desserts. He wished that they had some seafood on the menus. Crab does happen to be Octavius’ favorite. Find out more about Ty Pawb here!
Wellbeing Hub
Octavius had a wonderful time here at the Wellbeing Hub. Octavius got the chance to talk with Stacey and Ben, while going through the different sections of the Wellbeing hub. He got time in the outside area, sensory room and got to see the accessible changing areas.
He had the chance to read through all of their flyers and had a good chat about how the wellbeing hub can help out with different people with different needs. If people need support for themselves or even others he would recommend them. Octavius had a wonderful time testing out the sensory room at only £5 for 30 minutes he can see himself going back. Noo Tattoo
When going to Noo Tattoo Octavius got to see the masterminds behind Noo Tattoo. He had a wonderful time learning all about the people who run Noo Tattoo and seeing their amazing artwork.
Octavius had a great time learning all about how they can get work experience at Noo Tattoo, the different styles of art they do there and how much amazing work they do. You can see all of the amazing work here!
Table Taps
Octavius took over a new job when visiting Table Taps, they became a temporary bartender. They had an amazing time meeting all of the lovely staff and the amazing regulars. Octavius even got some photos with some of them.
Octavius had a great time seeing all of the amazing board games they have, they also loved seeing all of the events that they have coming up. With the weekly Monday Night Magic and the LGBTQIA+ group on a Thursday. He is mostly looking forward to the Sunday Night Quiz. You can find about all of the amazing events going on here!
Freedom Leisure
Octavius had a good time going to Freedom Leisure. They got to feel right at home going for a swim, they also got to be able to see the gym. Afterward they got to have a cooldown by visiting the café getting a nice drink and a snack. You can get updates on Freedom Leisure here!
Wrexham Library
For a bit of quite time Octavius went and visited the local Wrexham library. They got the chance to see loads of different books and comics. He was able to find some comics on his favorite series Marvel. His favorite character being Dr Octavius obviously.
Octavius even found books tailoring to his studies of robotics. He was also able to use the computers provided to do some more research. You can see more here!
St Giles Parish Church
Octavius on their walk around Wrexham just had to pop in to visit one of the wonders of Wales. We ended up visiting the St Giles Parish Church, Octavius had a lovely time meeting the wonderful team at the church.
Octavius took some time to appreciate the beautiful church with the stunning stained glass windows and the gorgeous angel statues. You can see more about the church here!
