ShopMobility, Wrexham has officially been to Paris.
One of the ShopMobility scooters has finally been on holiday away from the UK. With the most recent Paralympics going on in Paris. A lovely lady called Paula Fortune book out a boot scooter to go to watch the Paralympics. Paula had a special reason to go this time, her daughter, Sabrina Fortune was taking part. The scooter allowed her to do things that would have been impossible without it. They visited Disney Land with the scooter and explored the sights of Paris.
Sabrina Fortune is one of the gold medallists this year. Not only did Sabrina win a gold medal she also broke her own the world record. Sabrina got her gold medal and broke the world record in F20 Shot Put.
“They are amazing” said Paula, speaking about the Shopmobility Boot Scooter.
It massively helped them while they were in Paris. Because of how easy and small the boot scooter can be collapsed. It made taking taxis so much easier.
Collapsing the scooter is so easy, it only takes 3 steps.
- Take off the seat
- Remove the battery
- Fold down the handlebars.
The Boot Scooter collapsed and into the car and they were off. They also had an easier time managing the trains. With the boot scooters being so compact taking the train was much easier and knowing that they would be able to get going as soon as they arrived at their destination was a load off their minds.
By using the boot scooter going from place to place was made so much easier. From getting them from the hotel, to going and see Sabrina compete in the Paralympics and even fitting in a little bit of sight-seeing.
