The Wellbeing Hub Team are working with Yellow and Blue to collect new or nearly new toys to distribute to local families in need this Christmas. The Wellbeing Hub will be a drop off point until Friday 15th December. We kindly ask that if donating nearly new toys that they are in excellent condition as children will be receiving these from Santa.
View DetailsWe are holding two community cafes during December on 9th and 29th. People can come in to a warm space and get a hot drink and soup and a roll FREE of charge. Children are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult. On Dec 9th Santa is making an appearance before he travels around the village.

View DetailsXplore! is a Science Discovery Centre with more than 100 interactive exhibits that are designed to challenge visitors’ understanding of science in a fun and educational way.
Based within the heart of Wrexham, our visitor centre provides a great space for all the family to enjoy. You can stay for as long or short as you’d like we tend to find that the average visitor spends around 2-3 hours with us. Last admissions is at 14:30 with the centre finally closing at 16:30.

Activities include meeting the horses and feeding treats, grooming, helping with haynets and mucking out juice/biscuits coffee /tea for adults and a goodie bag or rosette £5 per child adults free.
