As an AVOW Influencer, you will gain valuable insights into community and charity work, immersing yourself in various aspects of our organisation. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the fabric of AVOW by getting involved in trustee and manager activities, influencing critical areas such as funding, volunteer recruitment, marketing, and promotion.
One of the key roles of an Influencer is to participate in the Youth-Led Grants Scheme. This engaging initiative will allow you to learn about grant funding and actively contribute to awarding money to other young community influencers and projects throughout the County Borough.
Additionally, you will embark on a comprehensive tour of volunteering opportunities across Wrexham County Borough, discovering and supporting existing community groups that are making a difference in the local area.

To join AVOW Influencers, you must be between 14 and 25 years old (up to your 26th birthday). You should be available on Wednesday evenings twice a month and be open to optional field trips to various volunteering placements across the county.
