Diolch yn fawr Wrecsam! What a wonderful time we had with you all at our AVOW Community Knockout on Sunday 3rd July: Laughs were had, plenty of us lost our balance (more than once), and there was some real fighting spirit! Most importantly, we raised money for wonderful causes and the good of the community.

Congratulations to all competitors, and to the well-deserved winners, Wrexham County Borough Council’s ‘HOT’ Team! For everyone who took part, just know you’re ALL winners in AVOW’s eyes. No team could have pulled out all the stops without the amazing crowd cheering us on, so thanks to everybody who turned out in support (and not to laugh at our expense, obviously)!
Special thanks to Wrexham County Borough Council for the use of the land, North Wales Fire & Rescue Service for all the water, We Are Plas Madoc for dealing with the registrations, Off Limits Event Professionals for an amazing event, and to the Mayor for coming along to speak and kick off the madness!
