From 28th November you can call into Shopmobility Wrexham to get warm, have a brew, and have some friendly conversation! AVOW will have welcoming staff there to talk to (or not, if you’d prefer some peace and quiet) while you wait for a bus, or need somewhere to thaw out from the winter weather.
There will be tea and coffee available to help yourself, and maybe some biscuits too (if you get there early enough)!
If people want to share why they need a Warm Space, they will be listened to and signposted to where they can go for help where possible. If people need additional help or support with the cost of living, we will put them in touch with organisations that might be able to help.
This service will be available during regular Shopmobility opening times:
- Mondays 10:00 – 16:00
- Thursdays 10:00 – 16:00
